All Virgin Media devices are compliant with the UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Product Security) Act (also known as PSTI). This Act sets out a minimum level of security for all smart devices, to make them more secure against cyber attacks.
This applies to devices sent out after 29 April 2024.

If you've experienced a security issue with any of your Virgin Media kit, you can report it to us by calling us on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
