Make a complaint

If you’re unhappy with our service, please let us know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to put things right, so you can carry on enjoying your services again. We’ll also use your feedback to improve our service where we can.

We always aim to resolve complaints in the first instance - in some cases this can take up to 28 days, and this is to ensure that we give your comments the attention they deserve.

We always aim to offer a satisfactory resolution for you. In order to help us reach a speedy resolution for you, please ensure you answer the security questions accurately, please also be as specific as you can in your complaint, and let us know what you would consider a suitable resolution.
